1.    Consent to Use of Likeness:
I hereby grant DABRITE, DABRITE CUP, UPLATE CRW PRODUCTIONS, its representatives, and assigns, the right to use my name, voice, likeness, image, and any statements or performances I provide during the event for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional, advertising, and marketing materials, without further compensation or notification.
2.    Rights and Ownership:
I understand that DABRITE, DABRITE CUP, UPLATE CRW PRODUCTIONS will own all rights, title, and interest in any recordings, including all video, audio, and photographic content captured during the event. I waive any rights I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which it may be applied.
3.    Confidentiality:
I agree to keep confidential and not disclose any information regarding the content or nature of the event until DABRITE, DABRITE CUP, UPLATE CRW PRODUCTIONS has publicly released the final product.
4.    Release of Liability:
I release DABRITE, DABRITE CUP, UPLATE CRW PRODUCTIONS, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, and causes of action that I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate, have or may have by reason of this authorization.
5.    No Obligation to Use:
I understand that DABRITE, DABRITE CUP, UPLATE CRW PRODUCTIONS is under no obligation to use any recordings, photographs, or other materials that include my likeness or statements.
